  • Once a course has started or access to online course materials has been provided, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
  • We reserve the right to approve or reject cancellation requests based on the circumstances.

3Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • A duplicate payment was made by mistake.
  • A payment was successfully deducted but the registration was not processed due to a verified technical issue.
  • A course is cancelled by Like Army School Hindi and no suitable alternative is offered.

Refunds are generally not available in the following cases:

  • You change your mind after purchasing a course.
  • You are unable to attend classes due to personal reasons.
  • You fail to meet eligibility requirements for a course or examination.
  • You are dissatisfied because of your own lack of participation or preparation.
  • Course materials or online access have already been provided.

4Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed using the original payment method, wherever possible.
  • Processing time may take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Transaction or gateway charges, if any, may be deducted where permitted by applicable law.

6Payment Gateway

All online payments are securely processed through Razorpay. Like Army School Hindi does not store your debit card, credit card, UPI PIN, net banking credentials, or other sensitive payment information.

Like Army School Hindi reserves the right to refuse refund requests that:

  • Do not satisfy the conditions of this policy.
  • Contain false or misleading information.
  • Involve misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity.
